Distance Selling Regulations, Refunds and Returns Information:

Any items purchased from Xtremely Board can be returned at your own expense within 14 days of your purchase and until the end of January for purchases made in December.

You may return your purchase for either a full refund or a replacement/exchange item. Any returned items MUST BE IN A NEW AND UN-USED CONDITION and in their original packaging. If you return an item to us that has been used we will send it back to you at your cost! After 14 days returns are at our discretion.

Under the European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel an order at any time up to 7 working days commencing the day after the day of delivery. Your money has to be returned to you within 30 days of cancellation. We promise to to ensure that any authorised refund or replacement is processed much quicker than the Law requires, normally and if the goods are in stock we should turn it around within a couple of days. We should also be able to make 'Credit/Debit' card payment refunds much quicker. Refunds of 'cheque' payments will take 10-15 working days as we have to ensure that the original cheque has cleared the banking system before making a refund, any refund of cheque payments will be made by 'cheque'.

IMPORTANT CONTRACT INFORMATION

By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the 'checkout process') you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.  Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order. If your offer is not accepted a full refund will be made to you. You will be contacted by telephone or email if your offer has been refused.

Faulty Goods:

Faulty goods will be refunded or replaced within 365 days of their original purchase - but please keep your original receipt and packaging as you will need these to return an item.

Your receipt which will be included with your order doubles up as your returns form, so please keep it safe. Information on how to return goods is detailed on this form.

When we receive the item(s) back we will inspect them to establish if it is a 'manuafacturing fault' or a problem resulting from mis-use. We will then let you know our decision and take the appropriate action and either refund your money or send out a replacement within 14 days of receipt of the goods at our registered office and refund the cost of returning the goods to us. If we decide that the product has been mis-used then no refund or replacement will be offered and you will have to pay for return of the goods back to you.

If you are returning the item because it is faulty or if we have sent you the wrong thing, then we will be happy to refund you the cost of returning it.

 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

The information that we hold is accurate and up to date. You can ask to check the information that we hold about you by writing to us at our registered office. If you find any errors or omissions then we will remove or correct these promptly.

No personal information will be released or sold to third parties.

We may from time to time contact you by email to let you now about promotions and offers on our site. If you do not wish to be included in these mailings then please advise us by email or 'tick' the opt out box when opening your account.
